GOVERNANCE BEHAVIOUR, POLICIES AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FOR FACILITATING ACCESS TO MARKET BY DYNAMIC CLUSTERING OF SMES

Effort is a project of the 6th Framework Program of the EU – IST (Information Society Technology). The project’s objective is to study the mechanisms relating to the governance behaviour, sustainability and actors affecting dynamic and extended clustering of SMEs to improve access to the global marketplace. Umbria Innovazione serves as coordinator.
